MRT Land Buying Process Targeted to Complete December

The construction of MRT Lebak Bulus-Bundaran Hotel Indonesia route phase 1 is still disturbed by land buying process. Now, several land owners have agreed with the loan-use agreement. It is targeted to complete the land buying in December.

Acting Jakarta Governor, Sumarsono, said 281 land lots need to be bought, but only 127 are priorities. The budget has been prepared in 2016 city budget.
“Our problem is for 127 land lots. I think it can be solved in mid December,” he said, Tuesday (11/15).
Acting Governor Satisfied with Progress of MRT ProjectThe budget has been prepared in Dept. of Bina Marga and Dept. of Transportation. He hoped the project will finish on time since it is a national project. If this project is complete, second phase Bundaran HI-Kampung Bandan (Ancol TImur) construction can be run.
“So let’s support the program for our pride too,” he closed.
